what are the thought of the Galaxy, their first Android? I see this around the $149 mark

agree that it cannot be over $100 or people will just go to other androids. when is this coming. It says 30-45 days in the story which means by the end of year?

galaxy is a poor phone. It has had bad reviews and pales in comparison to the hero.

Most of the reviews I've read have said it was a decent phone, average sound quality, but less performance issues than the Hero. I'm not sure I like the d-pad though. Apples and oranges.

your right about the dpad being an odd shape. it looks to be the same size as the Omnia II

so I went to Bell today and am considering getting this. Anyone here anything bad about it?

I have nothing bad about it, plus it looks pretty think. The only issue with Android is that there are way too many free apps that clutter the Marketplace and no paid apps. Plus it's not v1.6

The Galaxy is good, priced the same as the other Android devices. Nicest one out there. WAAAYYYY better than the Magic or Dream
January price drops. FYI
