It's LG's S-Cl*** OS. They created it.
It's okay to use. A bit laggy, but okay otherwise.

Thanks that helps me alot. although I called LG and they said this is thier 1st. smart phone in canada and they will know which operating system by Friday morning.
The BL 40 will definatly roll out in November.
