ok this is probably a silly question but why does it say 'I am loving Canada' under my name? I don't remember clicking on anything or doing anything that says that when I created my profile?
I don't mind it says that - becasue I do love Canada, I was just curious? And I notice others have it under their name too?

That will change when you reach a certain number of posts on the site. It's part of the site.

As MrCrowley said it's just a rank to give you a little pride in how much you've post.

A lot of sites use this, later on the message will change if you post some more.
