Not trying to be smart, but I did read the post and I didn't see anything that stated Bell would be getting these phones.

I thought maybe you had seen this somewhere else.

I haven't found anything that tells us who is getting them only they will be out in 30-45 days.

I just asked if anyone would pick them up, and know their opinion about it. And I posted this in the Bell forum cause the article says at the Samsung Reclaim launch, which I belive is only launched by Bell, where else you want me to post them? No one reads the Samsung thread. Your Welcome.

I'll be out of contract soon and have been searching the forums looking for any information that will help me decide my next purchase.

These forums are the best place for that. I wasn't doubting your information, i was was just trying to do the research.

I'm with Telus right now on Mike, so moving to a PCS phone will be a large step. The more informed, the less chance of purchasing something and getting locked into something you can't stand.

Sorry guys :p I asked my cousin (he works for bell) and he said not all of them are coming out in bell, he only said maybe the omnia 2 will be out for bell/telus, it being one of the first phones in their new network. Can someone move this to the General Thread? :p I feel dumb now...

Did your cousin have any idea of a release date. Maybe when Windows Mobile 6.5 comes out on October 6 as the Omnia 2 will be a windows phone or is that just wishful thinking...............

According to him he said it will be released before november, if not then surely the first week of nov. But he said he's positive it'll be released in mid october, but we'll see.

Sweet, I have been waiting on the hero, but having the posibility of having a phone (omnia 2 ) with AMOLED resistive touchscreen, 800 mhz, HSPA, Windows 6.5 (ok maybe that part isn't real great, lol) all coming soon.

Maybe I'll bypass the Hero and get the Omnia 2. :confused:
