HTC Rhyme looks like the phone for me, BUT....

Is it going to be available in Canada? Would I even be able to purchase one in the US and use it with Fido?

I'm not sure when its coming to Canada but you will be able to use it on fido ,as well as the other big 3 carriers

Currently the Rhyme is offered on the Verizon Network in the US; therefore, that model is not compatible with Fido in Canada.

Verizon devices do not use SIM Cards (with the exception of a few of the newer devices that use them for data)

negatory. i dont expect it to come out in canada at all as well. maybe htc will release a similar phone for its international markets.
