Fido network

I just want to know; why, when someone massage me on Facebook and twitter on my torch, I alway got the massage 10 hours delay or didn't received at all. Is this on the network or on the phone itself???? someone pleases tell me what to do or any advice?

Could be network issues, could be your pln, could also be the updte delay.
