When will the Sony Xperia x1 actually come out in canada? i know you guys have a post that it will come out in q2/q3 of 2009, but just to make sure, and any gusse how much it will cost on a 3 year plan?

well i have heard from HoFo member that it might be $299, not positive don' t take my word or his but this could be a rough figure of what you may be looking at. But expect it to be deep in your pockets because its a high end device.

i doubt that it will be released with the windows mobile 6.5 but i assume that there will be upgrade available online at the time of the release. There are windows mobile 6.5 beta downloads in the wild right now if your willing to try it out.

I don't know folks, i wouldn't waste your time with that phone. It has a horrible UI. The phone itself is okay. For what they charge, you are better off to wait and get the Nokia N97. Same UI idea, better execution.

$299-$350 on 3-year voice & data term seems like a fair price. But, you know Rogers, we'll probably see something more along the lines of $400+ on 3-year LOL.

I have heard that the XPERIA is not that great. The "panels" are way over rated, no so-called SE "appStore" coming.
