Fido doesn't want pre-paid customers to talk to a human so they put in place ANDREA as watchdog. If you want direct access to humain Agent simply press rapidly the 0 (zero) key three times and VOILA!
I would like to propose and action to flood CSR phone system to finaly make them know that we exist.

OTOH, you would have to be fast, in order to find a location where you can actually use it, in Western Canada (unless you happen to be an American)
Or.... am I reading it wrong.
