I am planning on selling my iPhone 4 but most of my contacts are on the iPhone and not on the sim card. How do I transfer all of my contacts from my iPhone to my sim card?

I have never owned or used an iPhone but lets see if we can brainstorm. When you enter contacts can you press a button for a menu? In that menu is there an import/export option? You wan to export to SIM.

Here is how I can do it on my Samsung, (different phones and menu wording but should still be same basic principal) I enter my contacts, press my menu button, select import/export, choose export to SIM and everything should be good. On your new phone you would repeat the steps above but select import from SIM.

Hope this helps, if not hopefully someone more familiar with the iPhone can help.

iPhone does not have a way built in to transfer contacts to sim. It can taken them off a sim but not put them on.

I think the only way to do it is it the iPhone is jailbroken and you have a 3rd party program to do it.

The iPhone has no ability to transfer contacts to a SIM card. It can only import data from a SIM and even that is limited to the name and primary phone number entries.
You probably wouldn't like the results anyway since SIM cards don't hold a lot of data and some fields don't transfer.

most phone companies will transfer your iphone contacts to a sim or another phone if you have one, im pretty sure telus and bell do it for free.
