The girl at the service center said the latest updates for Nokia would come at the end of August. No Symbian Anna for Wind. So when is it coming?

I dout any nokia updates are coming over the air or through pc suite; wind smblocks the update.
you may be able to get the update if you go to a wind service centre

Or you could download the firmware through NaviFirm and flash with Phoenix. There's tons of tutorials on the net. That's what I did.

Depending on the phone you can also get new features this way -- e.g. get the C6 firmware on your 5230 ;) just be careful with compatible roms, make sure its the AWS version, and you can't ever flash your firmware to an older version...
In other words if you flash make sure it's not newer than the current wind one if you want to ever flash back.
(Downgrading firmware will brick your phone - easily fixed, but still!)
