I haven't heard anything about them operating in Quebec and from what I think I read somewhere else they don't have any spectrum there either.

videotron run things in Quebec, until they lighten up their load or the government steps in, you won't see Mobi or Wind there at all....

I'm not sure but I think mobi (or wind)has some spectrum in northern quebec, in the more rual areas. but I would think it would be a very long time before they expand there

It's WIND.
Mobi has the least amount of spectrum.
