The international rates are pretty cool. Better then most.
It's strange, i inquired about them about a month ago, and Rogers customer service sent me an email with all that information? Is it really news?

guess not then. I guess the only news is that Rogers is lowering their rates.

Yeah, TELUS has way better US roaming packages...and they still don't charge for SMS while you are there and have a package.
4$ give you 16 min of US airtime.
The only good thing Rogers has, is their Europe pkgs.

These are ridiculous rates... MetroPCS just announced in the states that they were doing $5 unlimited long distance (100 countries actually).

Yes for long distance. Metro doesn't have ROAMING rates. That is what we are referring to.
For roaming rates, TELUS has is down...Rogers is slowly catching up.
i've heard new roaming rates are coming by end of year. However, I heard that last year too.

They already have them.
I hope they will keep dropping rates.gotta admit that Rogers is doing the best with handset releases now. They have the best lineup available

I think this is bull. The minutes ya whatever those are great, but the texting pisses me off. Since I switched to rogers for the 3GS on launch. I have unlimited texting yet they charge 75 cents a message. When I was on bell I never paid for texting. This is bull.

I just read they also have new smb plans too that you can share with your team. I think any "team" would blow these minutes and e-mail away though. good deal?
Details of SmartTeam Sharing Plan
- Four can share starting at $50 per person/month
- 2GB email and Internet browsing and 1,400 voice minutes
- Unlimited team calling
- Unlimited evening and weekend calling
