I have a Vibrant T959 phone and am using it for a wifi hotspot. I have to know if Wind's internet data uses a Static or Dynamic IP Address. Does anyone know? I phoned Wind and asked that question but got no definite answer

Static IP.
I think it's the same for all users because watching videos from megavideo or downloading from filesharing sites such as hotfile don't always work. (they say your IP has downloaded too many files already, please wait)
