Will the HP Pre 2 get Web OS 3.0?

Doubt it, considering that webOS 3.0 is for tablets, and webOS 2.0 is for smartphones. Right now, 3.0 is (and will continue to be) only available on the Touchpad. For the Pre series, 2.2.4 is the latest OS.
