Got my SGS2! Now, how do I use it?

My new Samsung Galaxy S II is my first smartphone, my first Android device and my first Touchwiz device. So, I am a little overwhelmed. And I can't find a manual.

These are the sorts of questions I have: (not necessarily asking you to answer them, but where do I find answers?)

Seems to have more than one navigation package, for instance. I got one of them to give me directions, so that's good. But which is which?

How do I turn Swype on? It's there, but apparently inactive.

I managed to take a still photo, but how do I take video?

How do I tell how much data I am downloading?

Would somebody please direct me to a starter's guide?

I just picked one up yesterday, and after being a blackberry user for about a year, I can't say I'm overjoyed with the S2.

I do not find it very intuitive... and my primary and important uses are email and messaging.

When I try to find a good email problem on the android market, it won't let me download K-9... the device selection for my phone is greyed out.

The existing email client that I used on the phone doesn't show attachments as well as the blackberry or iphone does.

I actually thought about returning it today for an Iphone 4
