I'm currently still signed with Solo Mobile and honestly it's a pain!!! They have the worst customer service! I am always treated with disrespect while on the phone! I tried to get them to tell me what my phone plan covered; however, once I found out photo text messages covers my plan, it pissed me off. I have been charged with it for years!!! This is ridiculous and when I ask them why they have been charging me for the feature, the lady obnoxiously stated I probably used the feature to much! I fought back asking how many times have I used it then. She decides to put me on hold saying it would only be a minute or 2. 15 minutes later she cuts me off! This is unacceptable! SOLO MOBILE SCREW YOU! You have definitely lost me as a customer! Thank goodness my plan ends in December! Solo and Bell can suck it! Have you had any difficulties with Solo?

troll? you just pulled such a troll move it's considered a stereotype, and I'M the troll?
wow....kids these days....
the "extra charges" are only applied to money you have loaded in your wallet, and are STILL lower than any roaming fees or pay-as-you-go in Canada. Period.
and now you go **** yourself :)

Oh, so I only get charged all the money I paid them, that sounds wonderful. How about sending a text? I leave my calling area, it costs me 10 cents a text. or what about all the dead spots, IE everywhere in Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Or $1.50/MB for data outside my calling area. I'd rather pay slightly more, and know when I work or travel, my phone actually works, and I can call and use my data everywhere. Sure I may have to pay $55 for unlimited talk and text to and from anywhere in Canada, but I know my minutes are good everywhere in Canada, my data is good everywhere in Canada, or when I'm gone, and need my phone for business, while I leave my area, for the 100+ texts/emails I get a day, most all having moderate sized attachments, I'm not gonna be charged an extra $20+/day. And why did you put "extra charges" like that. It is an extra charge. When I pay for unlimited texting, I assume I can use this 5 minutes out of town, and not get charged extra.
But now both of us have got off topic. Let's just agree that Solo customer care is pretty brutal.
