Anyone got the new LG 2X

anyone got any first hand review of the LG 2X, like how is the screen,speakers,camera?

I played with the phone in the store for a little bit and the screen is beautiful.
i didnt get a chance to listen to the speaker.

one thing i did notice is that it does not run LG's custom ui.
all the pictures online and at the wind store show the phone with the custom ui

yeah too bad more manufacturers don't adopt the same LG strategy of not putting skins on Android. I see online that cynomagen supports this phone, that would make this phone a very good deal for $450

I bought the phone last week and the screen is wonderful! I heard things about screen bleeding on the g2x but my device has a great screen. As for speaker loudness i would say it is good, about the same as my nokia 5230's speaker.

If you are really considering buying this phone the problems evident in the g2x are present in the wind's model. Im talking about the phone getting really hot, random shutdowns while charging and on standby, and there may have been reboots which i havent noticed. Also the battery life will be fine if you are constantly killing appsand lowering the brightness on the phone. From doing this i got about 10hours of juice.

If i were to buy this phone again, i would wait for the gingerbread update because it should bring a resolution to most of the issues.

with random shutdowns and heat issues, i'd be taking that phone back to exchange it asap before something goes seriously wrong....you didn't pay $450 for a half-working product did you?

looks like there is more to the phone issues than meets the eye , basically lg is getting sued over the problems this phone has. Also if you cant return the phone try searching online (ex. xda forums) for the gingerbread update for this phone that Tmobile just got, its supposed to fix most of the problems.

I have a 2x other then the battery not making it through the entire day I have had ZERO issues with it. I did have a few random resets but its been about a week and a bit since i had one
