Toronto Data network

I and the other 2 people I know on wind with a Data plan have been unable to connect to the Wind Data network for the past 3 days. We can all connect to the Wind phone network. Wind is saying that they have no Toronto area outage for their data network when it comes to authentication. I'm wondering if anyone else is experiencing a data network authentication issue where they can connect to the phone network, but not the data network.
