iPhone 4 or next version?

Who is going to get an iPhone 4 now or wait for the next design to come out? I plan to wait for the next version due to the improved technology throughout.

I had this problem with the 3GS when I got it. I needed a phone just 2 months before the 4 was set to be released but could not wait. I used the 3GS for a year before it broke on me and luckily I have the Best Buy hardware guarantee and I go the 4 to replace it. I didn't regret having the 3GS or not having the 4 but if you can hold off, wait for the 5 or 4GS or whatever it will be called.

It really depends on how much you are willing to spend. For me, I couldn't renew for years so I decided to sell what I had now and get a iPhone 4 off kijiji. Prices are amazingly low now, I picked myself up a mint condition 32GB one for $450.

agreed. if anything when it comes to Apple, and IF i was a fanboy......I'd get the latest and greatest.

I'd also buy many other things if I had the coin to buy an Iphone 5 outright.....don't even talk to me about contracts lol

Next design for sure. I can't just sit and watch people using the next generation while I'm still using iPhone 4. lol.

I know the next version is coming out, but I for one couldn't wait any longer. As soon as my company announced discounts for iPhone data plans, I ran right out and got an iPhone 4 and am so happy I did. I was using a blackberry and I was so done with it. I am now (happily) stuck for the next two years.

I would wait the next version, just read the news from iFunia blog that iPhone 5 and iPad 3 Scheduled for October Release.
That's not long time!
