anybody getting this when you go to the phone section: :mad:

"We're sorry, Rogers.com is experiencing technical difficulties and is currently unavailable. During this time, you may be unable to purchase products or perform self-service transactions. Please try again later."

I have had so many problems with that site. I hate it. It is hands-down the worst corporate website I have ever used. I think roughly 40% of the time I use the site, I can't access my account, or I can't make a payment, or I can't see the phones. It's horrendous.

I emailed them about it, trying not to be rude though, and I got a message back in improper English suggesting that I simply didn't know how to use the site. It was almost as insulting as being offered a "longtime-customer appreciation" deal of $50 off a few specific phones if I signed on for another three years at the end of my contract. what a joke.

not with Rogers but my boyfriend is and he always has problems getting to his account too. Hopefully they will change it and make it easier to use. Plus as a designer it looks like it was build in the mid 1990's. lol

Seems like some progress.
Just got this pop up on my computer:

"Please do not close this window. Rogers is conducting a brief survey on the business section of the Rogers.com website and would like to invite you to participate. Once you have finished visiting the website, this window will redirect you to the Business Website Survey."

however, the survey never came! lol rogers
