I ordered a Koodo phone online and it arrived Mar 16
I had just left the country and returned 2 weeks later and called Koodo to activate! I then received my first bill 2 weeks later and noticed they started to charge me from the date of delivery of the phone?
I called koodo and was told that even though I had not activated the phone I had used it for data and therefore I would be charged from the Mar 16 date.
I told them I was away and it was still in the box so how could I use data or anything else for that matter when I was away!
They told me I had used data and i would be charged from the delivery date and not the activation date!
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
So far I'm not impressed with Koodo's customer service!

Try going to a Koodo booth or escalating again in customer service. How can data be used on a device that's not activated? They'll likely credit something equivalent to the 2 weeks you were charged for.

Keep trying to call until you find someone reasonable to deal with... |No different than Rogers. Worst case tell them you want to cancel so you get flipped to retentions dept.
