I am with Telus and have an upgrade available coming up next month... what new phones are coming out?
I could always go for the Storm, but not sure when the app store will be fully up and running

It's rumoured to have a February 15th launch date in the US and a Canadian release at or around the same time.

I would not count on it to come out that soon. And even not in Q1. Although They should have the Samsung Omnia in the next couple of months.

I would not count on it this early. At least not in Q1, Maybe Q2
Although we should see the Samsung omnia soon enough before the end of Q1

well I did not say I was looking foward to it. For sure I wont waste my rebate on that piece of ... . I am really not a big fan of windows mobile, and the last time Telus had a Samsung Windows mobile smartphone, it was the BIGGEST bit of crap I had to service.
Other than that, the Pearl Flip and the Treo Pro are coming out shortly too.

You know, i don't have a problem with WinMo. It is VERY slow, but i could do so much with the phone. It was like a mini computer.
If my friend was having issues with their desktop, i could remotely connect and fix it. Pretty sweet....lol...

I think the pearl flip is a good phone for the target age group. I would get a curve instead though as it will probably be around the same $49 price.... unless TELUS will enter the flip at $0.00

you realize that that is a week today. i think we would have heard something by now. especially of a device with this much hype

The Pre has been delayed in the States now... which means us Canadians will have to wait even longer....
