Just in time as the government bans cellphone use while driving, Montreal-based BlueSky created the BlueSky 1001A - a Bluetooth rear view mirror that hooks onto the  existing rear view mirror. The 1001A has a built-in microphone, Voice record and play back, Caller ID and Voice dial and redial and Call waiting function.
