Speak Out has released the Nokia C3 – a QWERTY device that has WiFi, 2 megapixel camera, 2.4-inch display and also comes at a high cost compared to the other places you can get this. At Speak Out it’s available for $119.00 and comes with 20 minutes of airtime (certainly good for those interested in just picking up a phone and walking out the door). Over at Chatr the C3 is $100, comes with a Bluetooth headset but you’ll have to get the minimum $25 Unlimited talk and text plan. Rogers has this on their Pay-As-You-Go for $89.99. Just something to be aware of…

Certainly not a new phone! However, if you are in the market for a truly basic phone that can do the standard functions such as talking and storing your contacts the Nokia 1208 is now available at Petro-Canada.

For $49 or 115,000 Petro Points you can have this devise. The candy bar style phone is 4.02″ x 1.74″ x 0.69″ and weights 77 grams. In addition, the phone has talk time of 7 hours with a LCD screen (96×68 pixels) and can store up to 200 of your closest contacts, Alarm, Calendar, Calculator, TO-DO, Converter.

Nokia launches 2760 at 7-Eleven & Petro-Canada

Nokia launched the 2760 mobile phone today and will only available through the retail locations of 7-Eleven and Petro-Canada, the two Mobile Virtual Network Operators in Canada.

The 2760 features a digital camera, video recording and video playback, bluetooth compatible. Also, the Nokia 2760 is GPRS enabled which makes it convenient access the Internet .

“With the Canadian launch of the Nokia 2760 mobile phone, Canadian consumers now have access to a stylish handset that is easy to use and incorporates the features they want most,” said Dave Bergeron, Director New Channel Development, Nokia Canada. “Thanks to MVNOs such as 7-Eleven and Petro-Canada, quality mobile phones like the Nokia 2760 are now more widely available to Canadian consumers, giving them more freedom of choice and an

The Nokia 5200 is a slide-opening phone measures 92.4 x 48.2 x 20.7 mm and has a weight of 104 grams. It is a GSM handset, operating on 900/1800/1900MHz GSM frequency bands. The video camera has 176 x 144 pixels resolution and has video capture and playback features. The battery has a stand-by specification of 263 hours and the talk time is 3 hours.
