DAVE Wireless signs roaming agreement with T-Mobile USA

New entrant Data & Audio Visual Enterprises Wireless Inc. (DAVE Wireless) has worked out a deal with T-Mobile USA that will give their customers voice and data roaming while visiting the States. The deal is a reciprocal roaming agreement that allows both carriers to roam on each others network.
