Why? There’s no way you’re going to convince me that there’s no visible “crease” where the screen folds (especially after repeated use) or that once unfolded the entire tablet won’t flex at all (when you’re tapping on the screen, for example).

I guess they’re ‘fishing’…fishin’ to see if there be a market for these tools of the devil.
And what next…? Flame-throwers? Oh, yeah…they got them on the 7.

    • Samuel Gomez Recuero

Trust me, there is a market for it. It might be gimicky at the start but they will come by flocks eventually

  • Liquid Snake

    WHY?

  • Allyouranusarebelongtous

Not very marketable nor profitable if they only make 100k of them. It’s like they give you good news…then rip the hope away…because: business smarts (rolls eyes)

    • Garrett Cooper

I’m sure the small run is because this will kind of be like a paid beta. See the market reaction and improve the first gen foldable device.

    • Cowpoke Sal

The second gen will then have to be beta…

  • Brad Fortin

First foldable smartphone, or first smartphone with a foldable screen? Just asking because they already have smart flip phones.

  • Jeff Thibert

    I just want a drop-able phone.

    • Cowpoke Sal

Right, Jeff but do you want it to want it to work AFTER you dun dropped it…?
