Public Mobile has added U.S. roaming options for data, text and calling through agreements with AT&T and T-Mobile.
The carrier says the service is a direct response to interest for the service from its online community, naming and thanking specific members for bolstering the idea. The roaming coverage takes the form of 10-day plans that include talk-only, text-only, data-only or a bundle of all three services.
A screenshot of the options sent in by a helpful MobileSyrup reader shows an unlimited talk add-on for $8 CAD, unlimited text for $8, 250MB for $10, 500MB for $15 and 1GB for $20.
The carrier first announced its plans to launch U.S. roaming in July 2016, noting that to facilitate the new offering it had to update its terms of service.
Update 14/11/16: Public Mobile has updated its offerings to include the bundles: 10 days of U.S. roaming talk and text for $15 and talk, text and 250MB of data for $20. Thanks again Ian!
