Samsung tipped to launch two Galaxy S6 variants at Mobile World Congress: metal and curved

It’s already rumoured that Samsung will unveil an all-metal Galaxy S6 as its next flagship smartphone. The specs have been tipped to sport a QHD Super AMOLED display, an Exynos 7420 or Snapdragon 810 processor, 3GB RAM, 32GB storage, a 16MP camera, and Android 5.0 Lollipop.

In addition, we posted a report yesterday that also suggested Samsung will follow many smartwatch manufacturers and launch a round wearable, similar to the G Watch R and the Moto 360. The accessory is rumoured to be powered by Tizen.

Adding to these rumours is another report, this time courtesy of Business Insider, claiming its “sources familiar with the company’s plans” says Samsung is also planning a second variant of the Galaxy S6 with a curved display that’s similar to the Galaxy Note Edge.

All three of these devices are expected to be unveiled at Mobile World Congress in March.
