As of 3:30pm ET, February 7th, TELUS is experiencing a Canada-wide service outage, with voice, SMS and data usage affected.
While we’re hearing some users still have access to the network, our outage map, courtesy of CanadianOutages.com, is showing thousands of customers are affected in British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario, Quebec and parts of Atlantic Canada.
Presumably, Koodo users should also be affected. Let us know if your TELUS service is down.

Update 4:04pm: Service appears to be coming back for many TELUS users across the country.
Update 4:16pm: TELUS has released a statement on the outage, though no reason has yet been given. “TELUS has restored service to all our wireless voice customers affected by a technical issue. We apologize for the inconvenience.”
