Apple has promised that iOS 7 will officially be available to users sometime during the fall. In the meantime, Apple has been busy in the backend updating the OS for primetime and has consistently been pushing out updates to developers. Today, Apple has seeded iOS 7 beta 5 – build 11A4449a – and is available over-the-air (OTA) and via Apple’s Developer Center. iOS 7 beta 5 is only 150MB in size and features bug fixes, various improvements and a new set of icons for the lock screen.

Beta versions have been very stable lately, especially the 4.0 and the battery life is amazing.

I wish they would add a data toggle to control center.

how many beta versions do they have to release before they release the official one??
    I can’t wait..

Usually they do after the release of new device. So, I’d say, beginning of October.

If I’m not mistaken, previous versions went to around the 7th stage of beta before they were released to the public.

I just hope they don’t screw iOS 7 up like they did with iOS 6.
