Remember the BlackBerry Porsche Design P’9981? This BlackBerry 7 powered gem was created for a special audience as it sported unique Porsche fonts and icons, stainless steel casing, and was constructed of hand-wrapped leather. The price was representative and topped $2,000 (CND).
Looks like BlackBerry and Porsche Design are coming back to the table and will collaborate on a new BlackBerry 10 device. According to a few leaked pictures shows a back cover for the Z10, now with a hard edge design. Apparently the cover is made of genuine leather and outfitted with carbon fibre on the inside. No indication on when the new Porsche Design device will come out, plus there’s also rumours that a Q10 model will be released.
