Rogers takes pleasure in being first. It’s part of their ongoing marketing strategy. While competing carriers Bell and TELUS plan on releasing the Galaxy SIII in Sapphire Black in the next few days, Rogers is already selling the almost-outdated 16GB flagship Android today. The 3-year price has fallen to $0 and the no-term is stuck at $649.99 outright.
