Falcon Pro is one of the best Twitter clients for Android, and while the social network has been shirking its responsibility in building out its API, some developers have not given up the battle.

Falcon has received quite a substantial update on the last day of 2012, and one of its best features is the newly-released YouTube API integration. This means that users can watch clips within the app, in full quality, and with optional fullscreen landscape support.

The app has also received the ability to quickly report spam, manage the Mute function from the settings, and auto-fill hashtags in the search box. Performance has been tweaked and bugs have been squashed, too.

Falcon Pro is available for $1.02 CDN for a limited time, so get on it. It’s easily the best third-party Twitter client available today, even without push notification support.

Download Falcon Pro for Android.

1.02 Canadian Dollars equals 1.03 US Dollars. The Canadian dollar is currently worth a bit more than the US$.

better than Plume ? Really ? I might give it a try

This is the best twitter app ever. the web integration is near flawless, the speed of their browser integration beats many browsers if not all at load times. Then it has video and inline picture integration. Which looks amazing. It doesn’t have the themes of plume, but to me it looks great as is. The tablet form of this app is rockin’ as well.
