When RIM officially releases their new BlackBerry 10 OS in “early 2013” they’ll bring a slew of popular social apps to users. At the BlackBerry Jam event a couple weeks back RIM showed off Twitter, LinkedIn Foursquare, Facebook and promised they would be ready at launch. In the meantime, RIM keeps chugging along and updating currents apps.
Today, Twitter for BlackBerry has been updated to version 3.2. The change log is short, but brings expanded tweet details, a new “Find Friends” button plus the ability to find friends via your address book, and a new “Quick Follow” button.
RIM says that the “App may take up to 24 hours to appear in BlackBerry App World” and you can download it here.
