PC Mobile has been on the quiet side recently, but they’re back and have released the HTC Desire C. This is priced at the same low-cost of $150 outright and comes running OS 4.0 (their first ICS device), 3.5-inch HVGA display, 5MP camera, 600Mhz processor, Wi-Fi. If you’re thinking about scoring this device make sure you check out our review here.

The seniors can’t see that small! Get them something bigger jerks.

An actual decent device from PC, I’m impressed!

    Sh*t device.

My $80 LG Quantum beats this.

I wish I could say something good about this device… I can’t. You don’t mix a 600MHz processor, 512MB of RAM, and ICS for the reason that the UX is really crummy.

To the two downvoters: Have you tried using this device? It’s not worth the $150 – Koodo hands out the One V for $150, and tosses in a $50 prepaid visa gift card… and it’s a faster phone overall.

600MHZ processors should be banned by law =)

It isn’t bad considering it uses a 600mhz chip, but really, at the price point I expected a little bit more along the lines of 1ghz. For 150 I expect Galaxy 1 performance.
