Looks like the port-in credit offers are popular once again. This time Bell is targeting the small business segment and has decided to offer up a huge $200 port-in credit. This deal officially starts today and goes until June 30th and there’s some fine print. According to the internal doc we received it reveals that it’s only applicable to a “voice-and-data activation porting-in on one of the eligible Tier 2 Small Business Promotional plans.” In addition, this is only available to those who sign a new 3-year contract and you can expect to see the 200 bucks by your “3rd bill cycle.”
Curious the reason behind the promo? Well, the doc states it’s “Due to the competitive intensity in the small business segment, Bell Mobility is temporarily modifying its current policy on the use of port-in credits when addressing competitor cancellation fees on voice-and-data units.”
Bell currently has 7,406,155 subscribers and is Canada’s 2nd largest wireless carrier.
