Soon, if nothing gets in the way, Facebook will bring all the millions of Instagram users under their public company. Instagram for Android has been download well over 10 million times. Their app download page on Google Play says it’s been downloaded between 10,000,000 – 50,000,000 times. The Android app has been updated to version 1.1.2 and fixes “images that were causing app to crash.” This was impacting some users of the Samsung Galaxy S III and the HTC One X.

Best to keep updated with the latest version – so go forth and download/upgrade here via Google Play.

Great, now One X and Galaxy SIII users can post photos of their dinner in black and white to share with their hipster friends. Oh wait, Android is too “mainstream” for them, they have to have iPhones.
