The rumours of Samsung’s Galaxy S III are still in full motion. Amazon has now chimed in and posted specs on their German site, claiming that the device will be powered by Android OS 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, 4.7-inch Super AMOLED display, 16GB of storage that is expandable up to 32GB with microSD card slot and 12-megapixel camera. Oh yes, one more thing, Amazon says that you should “Reserve your copy now and get it in time for the release date” and also gives it a price of €599.00. No image of the GS III was on the site, but it’s apparently more of a evolutionary device than a revolutionary one. Samsung will be showing the “Next Galaxy” at an Unpacked event in London on May 3rd.
