TELUS is keeping the BlackBerry upgrades coming… On Friday they pushed through the anticipated upgrade to OS 7.1 for the Bold 9900 – this is currently only available through the Desktop Manager. Now it seems the second of their four devices to be graced with this OS is already upon us. BlackBerry Torch 9810 users have reported that 7.1 (v7.1.0.267) is also available to them via the Desktop Manager. Both should show up on TELUS’ site and also the BlackBerry Software update section sometime this week.
The next couple BlackBerry smartphone to receive OS 7.1 will be the 9860 and 9360.
