The HTC Radar has landed in Canada, well at least in Saskatchewan. SaskTel has shed the “coming soon” label and released the Windows Phone Mango device. It can be yours for $49.99 on a 3-year and ranges north to $369.99 outright. As for specs, the Radar has a 3.8-inch display with a resolution of 480 x 800, 1GHz processor, 5 megapixel camera that shoots 720p HD videos, VGA front-facing camera.
