CIBC’s new mobile site is optimized for all smartphones

If you bank at CIBC and have a BlackBerry, iPhone or Android device you can download their app via the respected app stores. This gives you the usual features such as finding an ATM, looking up your account balances, transferring funds and contact a branch. However, if you’re not rocking one of these 3 manufacturers – say you have a Windows Phone or any other smartphone – you’ll have to access the mobile version. Good news for this group as the bank has completely revamped its layout to be more user friendly, very intuitive and gives you the same experience as visiting their desktop site. You can check it out here at CIBC

  3. How about they actually start allowing us to use something like Google Wallet instead. I really could use using my phone as a card

    • NO problems here either, it’s just their marketing site, not a ‘banking app’. But good for info in a quick mobile layout.

    • I’ve been using their banking site for mobile for a while now on WP7, but now having the Sign On button that easy to find from their regular site makes it easier. I think the banking site for any smartphone, for WP7 at least was cibc.mobi? But this works too!

  7. I really wished BMO would improve their mobile site. It’s lacking in features and it’s not easy to navigate. It’s easy to look in your accounts but it’s not easy to do things with the account.
