SaskTel joins the Galaxy Nexus party, says it’s “coming soon”

Everyone is coming out of the Nexus woodwork now. First it was TELUS, then Videotron and now SaskTel with news that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus is “coming soon”. Again, no prices or dates, but those interested in going through SaskTel can “register for updates” via a text message. In addition, now that the friendly Saskatchewan carrier has their 4G network back in order, they have also decided to throw a contest together and giveaway three Galaxy Nexus devices.

  1. Somewhere out there, with letterhead from a lawyers office, there are several identical agreements to stock the Galaxy Nexus, all containing the text, “due to our exclusivity agreement with Bell/Virgin you may not announce your release date of the device until January 5th 2012.”

  2. MTS is going to pass on this outdated piece of junk.

    They just announced that they are set to release the Motorola StarTAC cutting edge technology from 1996.
