Another Canadian retailer has dropped their price of the BlackBerry PlayBook. Bell-owned The Source follows others and makes the 16GB $299.99 and rises to $499.99 for the 64GB. Something different here than everywhere else is the end date for the sale, most are ending on October 2nd while The Source says the “Sale ends December 31, 2011”. So this seems like a permanent price drop (can’t see it increasing in price in 2012).
