Rogers announced they’ll be releasing two 3D smartphones this Summer, the HTC EVO 3D and the LG Optimus 3D. If your an existing Rogers customer and want to secure either of these Androids you have officially been granted first dibs. The newly created Rogers Reservation System is now taking pre-orders both devices and is open until July 23rd. Still no word on price points but there’s a contest to temp you. If the HTC EVO is your things then you’ll be entered to win a $2,500 MasterCard gift card, however, if the LG Optimus 3D speaks to you more then you could possibly win a 55-inch LG Cinema 3D HDTV.
Update: Rogers sent us a note about the contest details. “Only new customers are automatically entered into the contest. Existing customers who reserve a device can submit an essay on their favourite 3D movie and full details can be found on the pre-order microsite.”
