The low-cost, but good value, HTC Wildfire will be launched by Virgin Mobile on July 15th. It’ll be available in pristine white for $199.99 (we posted earlier that it might launch at $249.99). Specs of the Wildfire have it coming with a 3.2-inch touchscreen display (320 x 480), 600 MHz processor, 5 megapixel camera with LED flash, auto-focus and video capabilities, Wi-Fi, GPS, hold up to 32 with a microSD card and only weighs 105 grams. In the meantime you can check out our full review of this Android here

Update: We are now hearing that the Wildfire will be released by Virgin on July 8th.
Update: #2: Quick update here regarding the Virgin Mobile HTC Wildfire S launch. According to the internal doc this is now scheduled to be released tomorrow, July 7th.

Street date is not enforced and stores have received them. Ask for it and you may get it.
