Public Mobile operates in both Toronto and Montreal and has just knocked $10 off their most expensive plan. Their $40 Unlimited Talk and Text plan has dropped to a measly $30 per month – but you’ll have to sign up before November 21st to get the deal. In addition, it’s only good for 6 months of service so it saves you a cool 60 bucks. They are also throwing in free Canadian and US Long distance for 6 months too.
