Effective today Rogers has made changes to their Hardware Upgrade Eligibility Program (HUP). In an internal doc it states that “Customers will be eligible for new device price at month 30″… Still a long 2.5 years. However, this refers to all devices but the iPhone which currently has a separate HUP.
