October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and TELUS is on their last leg of doing what they can to support the cause. They have launched a couple initiatives and the first is their BlackBerry program that sees $25 from every purchase of the Pink BlackBerry Pearl 9100, Pink Curve 8530 and the recently released Pink Curve 9300 go towards breast cancer research. The other is a Facebook campaign where Canadian users who “pink their profile” image TELUS will donate money to research. They are currently over the $100,000 and have a goal of reaching $200,000.
