Bell confirms iPhone 4 is launching July 30th

Looks like Bell is first out of the gate by updating their site with the actual launch date of the iPhone 4. It’s coming July 30th… No word on official pricing yet. When do you think people will start to lineup for it?

  2. If you’re buying it outright, then it’s definitely better to buy from Apple directly. If you’re hoping for a subsidized price, then unlocked isn’t an option for ya.

  5. I just read on another forum that sim-free iPhones are NOT available from Apple.ca :

    “Reserve your iPhone online now, then pick it up at your nearest Apple Retail Store, where you’ll get expert advice, fast activation, and custom setup at our iPhone Activation Zone.”

    They have to be picked up in person and activated in the store.

  6. Does anyone know if the white iPhone 4 will be available at Canadian launch? Also, will there be any pre-orders/sign up sheets from either Apple or the carriers?

    you will be able to purchase outright and just pick it up and ‘put any gsm sim into it’ according to the apple site
