Here’s an interesting video. Toronto’s CityTV put a good collection of 4 various cameras to the test:
8.1 megapixel Sony Ericsson Xperia 10
3 megapixel iPhone camera
8 megapixel Canon PowerShot
10.1-megapixel Canon EOS 40D
They tested the quality by only taking one picture during the daytime. After capturing the image they got them printed on an 8×10 and asked 10 random people which is best. The result is that an astonishing 9 out of 10 picked the Sony Ericsson X10.
Check it here at CityTV
where is the video?

Nice catch Osman…conspiracy theory though? Or just a plain old, truthful story?

Where is the link to those photos? Can’t find them.
I bet the x10 camera simply has the vivid setting as the default, making it look more colorful and pleasing. Doesn’t mean the camera is better
There is no way a phone camera is better than a DSLR

@ Patty
They don’t have to, they can just feed us fake data, put a slight film over the other cameras, or just survey their own employees/stockholders
